Will Call Frequently Asked Questions: 

How do I submit a Will Call order? 

Orders can be placed online via connect.soligent.net by indicating the shipping method as “Will Call.” Will Call orders can also be placed through your Account Manager (AM) or Account Support Coordinator (ASC). 

How will I know when my Will Call order is ready? 

  1. Once we receive your order; a Sales Order Acknowledgement email will be sent to you. 
  2. After payment and inventory has been established, you’ll be notified that your Will Call Order Is In Progress via email.
  3. When your order is ready for pick up, you’ll receive a Will Call Pick Up Confirmation email.

What do I need to bring for my pick-up? 

Please have your Will Call Pick Up confirmation email and appropriate transportation readily available. The email will include your Sales Order Number. 

How do I change a Will Call pick-up time? 

Call or email your Account Support Coordinator to assist you with a day that works with your schedule. 

What happens if I don’t pick-up my order? 

Will Call orders not collected within 5 business days and/or have not been rescheduled with Sales will be canceled and restocked. A restocking fee may apply.
