Soligent Delivery SMS Notifications - Consent Process

When a customer's order is assigned to a delivery route, they receive an initial text message asking if they'd like live delivery updates. Customers must reply YES to opt in. Only customers who explicitly reply YES receive subsequent tracking messages.

Example opt-in message:

“Your [Installer Name] order is preparing to ship by Soligent. Reply YES for live delivery updates, STOP to opt out.”
