The Radian Series GS8048 Grid/Hybrid Inverter/Charger (full-flexibility grid-interactive/off-grid) was developed with one goal in mind: to make grid-interactive and comprehensive off-grid system design and installation easier and faster. By using a structured approach to configure, deliver, and implement energy storage, the Radian Series makes it easier than ever to provide successful solutions for virtually every residential, industrial, or institutional power requirement when paired with an OutBack GS Load Center.

The Radian is a split-phase continuous power solution that fits with typical North American wiring practices. The models feature a unique dual-power module design that ensures high performance in both low and high power applications, as well as redundancy in mission-critical applications, and blends pure sine wave power output technology with unmatched surge ability to start even the most demanding appliances.

For full operational flexibility, OutBack's FLEXgrid technology is used in all Grid/Hybrid inverters. Modular system architecture and a simpler parallel design aid device scaling of up to 10 inverters delivering 80kW. (GS8048). System integration and programming are a breeze with OutBack's efficient MATE3 Control and HUB Communications Management devices. An advanced front-vented configuration provides optimum ventilation in zero-clearance installations (i.e., where units are stacked next to each other). If maintenance is needed, the field-serviceable design makes it simpler, and firmware updates can be performed without the use of specialized equipment in the field.
