The WEEBLug is made up of two sections. The washer portion is made of anodized aluminum and is designed to provide a secure electrical connection. The Lug portion can be used to mount an electrical grounding conductor. With a captive bolt, the WEEBLug can be fastened to the top of a mounting rail, or to any aluminum piece after drilling a ¼" clearance hole.
